Site visit Bouquet

Kokon went on a site visit to the Bouquet project in Zwijndrecht: the plan is now nearing completion! Although the weather was not cooperating, it could not spoil the fun. Bouquet houses 21 patio villas that have been designed together with the buyers. The starting point is a basic design that can be adapted to one's own wishes by adding standard modules.

The basic one-story homes all embrace a private patio. These patios are the focal point of the houses and the interweaving of interior and exterior leads to a spacious living experience, unique in the current housing stock. The horizontal nature makes the homes already life-ready in the basics.
