Start bouw Landbouwbuurt, fase 3

On Monday, October 1st, the construction af the last phase of Landbouwbuurt project was officially started.

In this last phase, 23 terraced houses and 8 courtyard houses will be built. This completes the 'carré'-shaped block of phase 2.

The terraced houses have sunny gardens, a terrace on the first floor, or even both. The courtyard houses have an arched roof, that gives it an intimate character. 

This last phase will also be built with the specially developed brick, the so-called 'Kokon brick', with its abraded texture and light terra colour.
