Kokon-Lab is eager to catch up with new developments. Because of this, we dived into the subject of floating tiny houses, or tinyfloaters. With these houses you can live in a climate-adaptive way and face all climatic challenges there will be. 

This already resulted in discussions with aldermen and market parties about the possibilities.

Kokon and its enthusiastic LAB team designed a beautiful serie of floating tiny houses in anticipation of further developments. Because the land under the houses does not have to be bought and the tiny houses themselves are easy to produce, the residents of this beautiful initiative will have all the time in the world to enjoy life. Becoming a slave to your bank is no longer there: there is hardly any mortgage to be repaid. Wonderful freedom is the result.
