Bollocatie
At the Northeastern edge of the town of Schoonhoven, Kokon has designed the urban plan as well as the architecture for the Bollocatie district, which is located on the site of a a former defense facilty.
The 86 homes are built in a variety of types: rental apartments, commercial apartments, patio houses, town houses, semidetached and detached houses.
The architecture is rich in detail, with horizontal lines and striking roofs.
