Pleinwand–Oost, Mossenest II

Within the urban plan for Mossenest II, designed by Kokon, a variety of architectural projects was designed by Kokon.

The Pleinwand-Oost project consists of 30 rental apartments on top of a base of care facilities. Homes for people with a disability are situated in a wing of the building.

Even though the apartments are in the non-commercial rental sector, the architecture was created with rich detail. The vertical segmentation enhances the mutual influences of the building and the square in front of it.
