Rotterdamsche Zeilvereeniging building

The 'Rotterdamsche Zeilvereeniging' (1937) yachting club building was designed by architect Van Tijen and built conforming to the ‘Nieuwe Bouwen’ functionalism, erected in white painted brick with an arched roof.

The ground floor houses the administrative spaces, changing rooms and storage. The yachting club space on the top floor is reached by way of an external stairway, and has a terrace along its full length, with windscreens at both ends.
