8 Tiny Houses Oudewater

In response to the housing shortage in Oudewater, Kokon designed 8 modern Tiny Houses. The houses are mainly intended for single starters for which it is not easy to find a home. Kokon developed the plan on behalf of the Van Jaarsveld family. "The family came into action after a call from the alderman, asking whether private individuals have the ground for this development. The family has a piece of land from a legacy for fifteen years and would like to do more with it than to graze sheep. It is an ideal place; there is no city green to be sacrificed for and it does not cost the municipality anything ''.
