Villa NPV
Villa NPV is part of a row of inner city mansions along the Nieuwe Plantage in Delft. Next to Villa Fabri, this is the second renovation project in this location.
The mansion will be completely stripped of non-contemporary additions, and recreated compoliant with modern technological standards, but appearance-wise in accordance with its original style period and with the original, irreplaceble detailing.
The layout of the floor plans provides ample space for a residential programme, with a living-kitchen, style room, two studies and several guest rooms at the top floor.
