Swetterhage, phase 1A

This project is part of a large area, under care of the Gemiva SVG groep, concerning facilities and apartments for clients with an intellectual disability.

In phase 1a, eight new homes with six to eight apartments for a total of 52 clients have been erected on the site of the former football field. This was part of the urban plan that Kokon made earlier.

Apartments are semi-independent, with diverse facilities in the immediate surroundings.
