Wood construction

Kokon is ready for the coming ‘Age of Wood’! We already have a lot of experience in timber frame construction and would like to expand that to solid wood construction.

Wood construction is light, fast and efficient, doesn't have limitations in terms of weather, and has fewer limitations where it comes to transportation and placement. Building sites with a significantly smaller or complex and therefore limited footprint, are possible.

Besides, wood construction doesn't have the environmental impact that concrete building has, like a high CO₂ emission, and wood is also an entirely circular building material.
